The last few months have seen a surge in buyer activity and a marked increase in sales. Spring is traditionally a time of improved activity, but we have been pleasantly surprised by the welcome change.
To date we have not seen any price improvement, but it would be fair to conclude that the market may have reached its nadir and that any future movement, modest though it maybe, could be in an upward direction. Real estate pundits vary on this view, though overall there appears to be a consensus of opinion that the worst of the market is behind us. Current market conditions remain an excellent opportunity for investors and private buyers alike to enter the market at what is effectively 2007 price levels.
Until next time….
