“The team at Ray White Deception Bay has been the best I’ve dealt with in over 15 years as a property investor/landlord. They have been managing my property for about 4 months (since purchase) and I must say their service is the benchmark I now expect from others. When they say they’ll do something… they do it. Whether it’s searching for good tenants in a tough market, getting quotes for repairs, doing inspections, or just simply replying to correspondence. Sadly, all too often these ‘basics’ are just HARD WORK with many property managers, but not this office. I also love that if the person you are dealing with is unavailable at any time, they quickly shift the responsibility to someone else in their office like professionals.
