A new air of optimism has certainly pervaded the market place. Whilst not an avalanche of a change, a positive change none the less.
Of particular interest has been the marked increase in investor activity. My own view is that more active participation by investors is critical to any market resurgence.
Many experts are predicting a modest recovery during 2013. I certainly subscribe to this point of view. It could be argued that with current weekly rents, and attractive interest rates the current market represents some of the best buying opportunities in recent years.
