Spring invariably heralds an increase in sales activity. We have had one of our better months this year with increased attendance at our open homes and a number of multiple offers for properties which is always an encouraging sign for the market.
As we approach the Christmas period we expect a decline in properties being put on the market as people prepare for the festive season. This tends to be a volatile period. In the past we have seen considerable activity, and in other instances a general slowdown in activity.
There seems every reason to be somewhat now optimistic about the market if recent trends are maintained.
