The market remains steady as we head into Easter . The increase trend of investors in the market continues to gather some momentum. The decline in property value has not coincided with a decline in Rents. With interest rates under pressure, more investors are looking to take advantage of the increased yield that is currently available in the market. As a result sales of property at the bottom end of the market have been particularly brisk. We have heard comments from buyers that they believe the market has reached its nadir and can only improve from here. Time will tell if they are correct
